Pemancar FM Stereo C1970

 Kali ini saya share tentang   perakitan pemancar stereo dengan osilator mp3 car,  dan penguatan 1970.

MP3 car yang sudah dibuka dari wadah dapat dilihat di gambar berikut:

terminal positif,negatif, out  antena yang akan disambungkan ke penguat berikutnya






Gambar berikut adalah rangkaian penguatan yang memakai transistor c710 dua buah, lalu C2538 dan penguat akhir 1970.

Setelah selesai merakitnya saya coba pancarkandengan tinggi antena 10 meter dapat didengarkan dengan jernih menggunakan radio handphone samsung dengan jarak kira-kira satu kilometer.


Semua rangkaian saya masukkan di kotak tuner fm seperti terlihat di gambar berikut:

Trasmiter Fm 1Watt

Gambar diatas adalah transmiter fm mono rakitan yang saya buat dengan menggunakan osilator dari tuner blok seperti postingan yang lalu. Dan transistor final menggunakan C1970. Untuk driver menggunakan transistor C930 dua buah dan komponen pendukung lainnya. Dan ouput tx ini sekitar 1 watt.

Transmiter FM 0.5 Watt

Transmiter Fm saya ingin membuat pemancar fm daya kecil keluaran daya sekitar 0,5 watt.
Adapun transistor menggunakan yaitu c9018, c2026 dan terakhir C2053 dan beberapa komponen pendukung lainnya.
Dan sebagai osilatornya menggunakan tuner blok fm .
Setelah saya mencari komponen  di toko elektronik maka terkumpulah komponen yang dibutuhkan.

Ini gambar tuner blok yang akan saya gunakan sebagai osilatornya.

Setelah pcb siap semua komponen dipasang pada tempatnya dengan benar dan tersolder dengan bagus lalu osilator disambungkan. Dapat dilihat gambar disamping.






Gambar berikut ialah Transmiter fm FM 0,5 W.
Rangkaian ini cocok untuk dsambungkan ke penguat berikutnya misal c1970 atau c1971.

Dipole Antena

Dipole antenna consists of two conductors of equal length. Size can be searched by the formula as shown in the picture. The gain of this antenna is 3 dB. 72 ohm antenna impedance magnitude. The antenna is suitable for the fm transmitter and was often used by breakers on 3-meter band. How to make easy, inexpensive but the results are pretty good. please try!

The voltage used is a voltage of 12-24 volts found in a car that is in turn plugs the cigarette. Operation and settings in addition to existing orders in mp3 car also can use the remote control, making it very simple use.
Radiance range is 4-5 meters with existing stereo pll.


And also good when used for broadcast in the house and if necessary strengthened by using rf amflifier radiance.
